What we collect
When you visit, our analytics tool records:
- the pages you view and how long you stay;
- the site or ad that sent you here, including campaign tags in the link;
- which casino and offer links you click, and where on the page they were;
- your browser, operating system, device type and screen size;
- your approximate location (country, region and city), worked out from your IP address.
We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number, and you can use the whole site without giving us any. We don’t record what you type, your mouse movements or your screen.
Cookies and browser storage
Our analytics tool stores a random ID in a cookie and in your browser’s storage. It tells us that two page views came from the same visitor, not who that visitor is. The site also saves the state you pick and the popups you close in your own browser, so you don’t have to choose again; that information never leaves your device. For the length of a visit, it also remembers the site or campaign that sent you here, for the casino links described below.
How we use it
To count visitors, see which pages and offers people find useful, find broken pages and decide what to write next. We don’t use it to build advertising profiles or to identify you.
Who processes it
Our analytics provider, PostHog, stores the statistics on servers in the United States and processes them only for us. Our hosting provider handles your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. We don’t sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising or give it to casinos.
Links to casinos
Casino buttons and logos take you to the casino’s own website through a short /go/ link. When you click one, the link tells our own link-tracking service which page and block you clicked and which site or campaign sent you here, so we can see which pages lead to sign-ups. The casino gets only a random click number, not that information. Once you are there, the casino’s privacy policy applies, and some casinos may learn that you came from us. See our advertising disclosure for how these links work.
How to turn analytics off
Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, and our analytics will not load at all, and casino links will not say where you came from. Blocking or deleting cookies for megafrenzy.com also works. The site works the same either way.
Children
This site is for adults. Sweepstakes casinos accept players from 18 or 21, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See responsible play for help with gambling.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the bottom of it.
