The best crypto sweepstakes casinos
Stake.us is the best crypto sweepstakes casino for most players: you buy Gold Coins with crypto, redeem Stake Cash as crypto, and can add bank prizes once you have bought with a card. PlayFame is the pick for six coins both ways, Gains.com for stablecoin prizes within minutes, and Shuffle.us if you hold a less common coin.
| Best for | Casino | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Overall | Stake.us | Crypto both ways, bank prizes after a card purchase, free Stake Cash every day |
| Choice of coins | PlayFame | BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, USDT and USDC for packs and prizes, no fee on crypto purchases |
| Stablecoin prizes | Gains.com | USDC on Solana, usually within minutes of approval, for a 2% fee |
| Most coins | Shuffle.us | 20 coins, and 90% of prizes processed in under a minute, it says |
| Crypto or bank prizes | Bitsky | Crypto, bank or card prizes from $50 in SC; it aims to pay within 8 hours |
Compare crypto prizes, coins and minimums
Of the 20 casinos on our list, 8 pay Sweeps Coin prizes in crypto, and their rules differ more than their coin lists. The table shows the coins each one takes, how it pays crypto prizes, the smallest crypto prize and how fast it arrives once approved.

The other 12 take crypto for Gold Coins but don’t pay prizes in it, or don’t say how they pay. Casino Click and FreeSpin send cash prizes to a bank account in US dollars, their rules say, so buy there with crypto only if a bank prize suits you. MyPrize.us, which some lists still rank first for crypto, is not on this one: its own site now says US players pay and get paid by Apple Pay, Google Pay or debit card, with crypto only on its separate non-US site.
Which crypto should you use?
A stablecoin such as USDC or USDT is the simplest choice, because its value is pegged to the dollar: each Sweeps Coin redeems for $1, so a 100 SC prize paid in USDC is still worth about $100 when you cash it out. Circle, which issues USDC, says it can be redeemed 1:1 for US dollars. Bitcoin, Ether and other coins work the same way at the casino, but their price can move between the day you redeem and the day you sell.
The table shows which casinos name each coin on their own pages. Stake.us shows its list only at checkout; reviews name BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, DOGE and USDT.
| Coin | Accepted for purchases at | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | PlayFame, Gains.com, Shuffle.us, Bitsky, Yay Casino | Price moves; PlayFame doesn’t take it for every pack |
| Ether (ETH) | PlayFame, Gains.com, Shuffle.us, Lucky Bits Vegas, Yay Casino | Price moves; speed depends on how busy Ethereum is |
| USD Coin (USDC) | PlayFame, Gains.com, Shuffle.us, Yay Casino | Pegged to $1; runs on many networks, so match the cashier |
| Tether (USDT) | PlayFame, Gains.com, Shuffle.us, Lucky Bits Vegas, Yay Casino | Pegged to $1; check the network, such as Ethereum or Tron |
| Litecoin (LTC) | PlayFame, Shuffle.us, Yay Casino | A faster, cheaper network, PlayFame says |
| Solana (SOL) | Gains.com, Shuffle.us | A faster, cheaper network, PlayFame says; Gains.com pays USDC prizes on it |
| Tron (TRX) | Shuffle.us, Yay Casino | A faster, cheaper network, PlayFame says |
| XRP (XRP) | Shuffle.us, Yay Casino | Price moves |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | Shuffle.us | Price moves |
The network matters as much as the coin. USDC and USDT run on several networks, and each casino accepts only some of them: Gains.com takes USDC on eight networks for purchases but pays prizes only on Solana. PlayFame says crypto payments are faster and cheaper on networks such as Tron, Solana and Litecoin, and that network fees are set by the blockchain, not the casino.
How to buy Gold Coins with crypto
You send crypto from your own wallet to the address the casino shows at checkout, and the Gold Coins arrive once the network confirms the payment, at Gains.com usually within a minute. If you don’t hold crypto yet, buy it on an exchange first: Stake.us and PlayFame both say you need a crypto account or wallet to pay.
- 1.Claim the free coins first. No purchase is needed to play for prizes: sign-up bonuses and daily login bonuses give you Sweeps Coins for free.
- 2.Open the coin store and choose crypto.Pick the pack, then the coin and network. Not every coin works for every pack: PlayFame allows only some coins per pack to keep the exchange rate economical.
- 3.Copy the address or scan the QR code.Check the network, and check the address after you paste it: Stake.us warns that clipboard malware can swap a copied address.
- 4.Send the exact amount, once, before the invoice expires.PlayFame warns that paying late or paying twice to the same address can lose the funds. The network fee is added by your wallet.
- 5.Your Gold Coins arrive after confirmation.Busy networks and a low fee set in your wallet slow this down. Free Sweeps Coins that come with the pack are added too.
How to redeem Sweeps Coins for crypto
Play your Sweeps Coins through, reach the casino’s minimum, verify your ID, then choose crypto in the cashier and paste a wallet address on the network it names. Each SC is worth $1 and is converted into crypto at the price when you redeem.
The fine print decides which coin you get and when. Gains.com pays every crypto prize as USDC on Solana, Shuffle.us pays in the coin you last bought with and keeps crypto and card payments apart, and Bracco Casino makes crypto buyers redeem in crypto. Stake.us offers bank prizes only after a card purchase, and Stake Cash that comes with a pack has to be played through three times before you can redeem it.

Crypto or bank: which prize method pays more?
Crypto is usually the fastest way to get a prize, but not always the cheapest. Gains.com publishes a fee and a time for each prize method, which makes the trade-off easy to see on a 200 SC prize:
| Prize method at Gains.com | Arrives after approval | Fee | 200 SC pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto (USDC on Solana) | Usually within minutes | 2% | 196 USDC |
| Debit card | About 30 minutes | 2.5% | $195 |
| Venmo | About 30 minutes | 2.5% | $195 |
| ACH bank transfer | 3–5 business days | 1% | $198 |
Gains.com allows one redemption a day, from 100 to 5,000 SC. Elsewhere, PlayFame says crypto prizes reach the blockchain within a few hours of approval and Shuffle.us that most are instant, while bank transfers usually take one to five business days. Your first prize takes longer at any casino because of the identity check. For casinos that pay quickly by any method, open our full list of sweepstakes casinos and sort it by fastest payout.
Mistakes that can cost you your crypto
Crypto payments can’t be reversed, so a wrong address, network or amount is usually final. Bitsky’s terms say it plainly: any payment in cryptocurrency is irreversible.
- Wrong network. Sending a coin on a network the casino doesn’t support can lose it, Stake.us warns. USDC and USDT run on several networks, so use the one the cashier shows.
- Wrong prize address. Gains.com pays only to a USDC address on Solana; a PayPal, Venmo or other-network address loses the prize for good.
- Paying late or twice. PlayFame warns that paying after the invoice expires, or sending a second payment to the same address, can lose the funds.
- Forgetting the network fee. Send the exact amount shown and let your wallet add the fee. MetaWin’s terms make network fees yours, and they are not refunded.
- A swapped address. Stake.us warns about clipboard malware that replaces a copied wallet address. Check the first and last characters after you paste.
- Mixing payment modes. A Shuffle.us account is in crypto or fiat mode. To switch, your Shuffle Cash balance must be zero, with no redemption in review.
Taxes on crypto prizes
A crypto prize is taxable income at its dollar value on the day you receive it, because the IRS treats digital assets as property, and you answer Yes to the digital asset question on your tax return. From 2026, a casino sends you Form 1099-MISC once your prizes reach $2,000 in a year, but you owe tax on smaller amounts too.
Example: you redeem 100 SC as Bitcoin worth $100 on the day it arrives and sell it months later for $130. You report $100 of prize income and a $30 capital gain. Sell it for $80 instead and the $100 of income stays, with a $20 capital loss. A USDC prize keeps this simple, because its value stays at about $1 per coin.
Are crypto sweepstakes casinos legal?
Yes, in states that allow sweepstakes casinos: paying with crypto doesn’t change the law, which depends on where you live. Twelve states ban sweepstakes casinos, Michigan’s regulators block them, and Oklahoma’s ban starts November 1, 2026; see sweepstakes laws by state. Each casino also excludes states in its own rules: Stake.us is open in 29 states and Shuffle.us in 27.
| Crypto sweepstakes casino | Offshore crypto casino | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Gold Coins, which have no cash value | A balance you bet directly for cash |
| How you get prize coins | Free: with packs, daily bonuses and mail-in requests | You win or lose your own deposit |
| Free way to play for prizes | Required by sweepstakes law | Not required |
| US state rules | Excludes states that ban sweepstakes casinos | No license from any US state |
Stake.us says Stake Cash can’t be bought, only received free or with Gold Coin packs, and that line is what keeps a sweepstakes casino legal. A site that lets you deposit crypto and bet it for cash is a real-money casino, and without a license in your state there is no US regulator to turn to if it doesn’t pay.
Crypto casinos to be careful with
The bottom of our ranking is there for a reason. SpeedSweeps, Dime Sweeps, SweepsRoyal, RichSweeps and Bang Coins are run by WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, which the Better Business Bureau rates F after 138 complaints in three years, mostly about prizes that stalled. Stackr has BBB complaints about cancelled prizes, and Sweep King takes payments through agents and says prizes can take up to 30 business days. If you try one, claim the free coins and redeem a prize before you buy anything.
